Bytessence Software offers free support for all our software titles. Please send your message via e-mail at
the following address or use the contact form below (make sure to also type a valid e-mail address if you need
an answer). Suggestions or bug reports are always welcome. After sending your inquiry, please allow 24-48 hours
before re-sending the message. If you did not receive an answer for your problem in the mentioned time, make sure
to check your spam folders and/or add our e-mail address to the white list. Usually the filters block messages from unknown
addresses.
If you wish to send a bug report for one of the programs please attach the program name, its version
number and your operating system version in your message.
