Bytessence Software offers free support for all our software titles. Please send your message via e-mail at the following address or use the contact form below (make sure to also type a valid e-mail address if you need an answer). Suggestions or bug reports are always welcome. After sending your inquiry, please allow 24-48 hours before re-sending the message. If you did not receive an answer for your problem in the mentioned time, make sure to check your spam folders. Usually the filters block messages from unknown addresses.

If you wish to send a bug report for one of the programs please attach the program name, its version number and your operating system version in your message.
